2006
has been a banner year for Castellan! It brought us tremendous
growth in our customer base, largely due to our commitment
to top notch service and maintaining our existing customer
base with no attrition.
On the horizon: 2007 will bring a host of new technology
from Microsoft, and we are already testing Windows Vista,
Office 2007 and Exchange 2007. We will be ahead of the curve
as the New Year begins so that we can appropriately advise
our clients and deploy new tools as they become available
to the public.
Our focus for 2007 will be Unified Messaging, because it
offers the enticing prospect of simplifying communication
methods while saving time. It’s the convergence of
the different forms of messaging, and brings e-mail, voice
mail and faxes into one inbox. With Exchange 2007, you will
have the ability to have your e-mail read to you from a
phone, retrieving your voice mail from your e-mail inbox,
or retrieving from a remote device. It unifies the entire
process into one mailbox so you can check your e-mail, voice
mail or faxes at the same time.
