2008 was yet another banner year with significant growth and new competencies. Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint are now readily deployed. We customized Dynamics CRM4 to create our own Customer Portal where our customers can submit requests, track progress and view resolutions on each case.
As we head into 2009 in a new economic climate, with cash flows tight and companies looking to save and cut overhead, our services and business model offer real savings without compromise for companies looking to save on their IT costs.
We have already secured contracts for several firms who have lowered or eliminated their fixed IT salaries and retained us on Service Level Agreements for a fraction of the cost.
